What is an Out of Network Deductible?

Out-of-Network applies to a PPO benefit design and refers to use of a provider not within the network the Plan is utilizing for preferred providers of care. Use of an Out-of-Network provider may result in incurring separate deductible expenses and additional out-of-pocket exposure. The total deductible amount for Out-of-Network is listed in each Health Plan description within your HRA plan.
