Can we change language in the document and still have it guaranteed by RTO?
RTO Benefits ensures the compliance with all our wizard questions, tool tips and documents created within the system. We are continually monitoring the compliance surrounding this system with the assistance of Jackson Lewis Law Firm and our internal legal team. In order to maintain the ability to ensure our documents, no textual changes can be made to any of the documents within the system. We continue to provide enhanced customization updates to each of the documents each month. If clients are requesting that specific language be changed within a certain document, we encourage clients to provide a description of the request in writing and forwarded to email@example.com. Our product/compliance department will review the information with our legal team to determine if/when the information will be updated in the system.
